No matter what the needs of the target audience, Kate will create a workshop that is perfect for each group.
These specifically designed workshops will give participants tips and techniques to help participants to deal with stress effectively.
The workshops consist of short educational components, experiential exercises, role-play, and a small amount of journal work. To gain the full benefit of the workshops it is advisable that the life skills taught at the session be practised on a daily basis. (Just as exercising and eating healthily on a regular basis is a lifestyle choice for a healthy body, in the same way, 5 minute daily mindfulness exercises are required for a healthy mind!)
The basis of each workshop is learning how to practise mindfulness as a daily habit– but depending on the length of the workshops, time can also be spent learning techniques to :
