This wellbeing and self-development programme helps you to feel calm, confident and motivated.
This life- changing new programme works beautifully for everyone regardless of age (18- 80 year olds) and regardless of gender. It teaches tips and techniques that remind you to slow down, reflect on your beliefs, and prioritise yourself, so that you feel better able to cope with life.
Overall, the course will teach you how to feel calm and confident in your daily life.
Time is also spent learning how to:
Clarify personal values
Set personal goals and work towards them
(e.g to be more courageous, to feel good about yourself, to have self-compassion)
Deal with unhelpful thoughts
Accept uncomfortable feelings
Gain better self-awareness
Practise gratitude
ALSO PROVIDED AS PART OF THE PROGRAMME ARE:
Session overviews sent via email the following day
Daily text reminders to practise learned techniques
A 40-page MyDirection booklet to work through during the course
Access to daily online video clips for the first 21days as reminders to help build up ‘mind muscle’ via breathing/meditation/mindfulness techniques
Availability to contact Kate on an individual basis for questions and clarification one–on-one.
Kate’s group programmes are available online as well as face-to-face. Each session is one hour, in groups of 5-8 (once a week). The course is run in 8 week blocks.
